By applying a collaborative methodology and creative practices this workshop explored and studied the different ways the space of SOMA is inhabited. Soma is a space to reflect and discuss different art events occurring both at national and international levels. Through its programs in SOMA, the aesthetic, political and social consequences of art production are analyzed collectively.

The co-designing space program divided in four workshops (part of Soma's 2019 syllabus) in which students de-constructed their personal experiences in the space of Soma and questioned its concrete uses and its ideal purposes. The results translated into a diagnostic of the infrastructure in different formats: poems, interventions in the bathrooms, exhibition space and drawings.

Collaboratively the participants drafted a Manifiesto for the type of space and community that Soma aims to foster.
